Tabt is a timer that connects friends, family members and co-workers to help them keep each other on task.
When beginning a work session, use the apps messaging function to tell someone youre working. If you exit the app when the timer is running to browse your phone, you will have to message that person of your inability to focus.
Work in intervals to avoid burnout!
-Work sessions are followed by short break sessions
-Every four work sessions are followed by a long break session
-You may modify the length of sessions in the Settings menu
-Pause/Exit anytime
Functionality:
-Tap the main screen to start/pause the timer
-Opting to utilize a friend brings up a messaging interface
-Swipe up from the main screen to open the menu
-Offers dimming during work sessions to reduce battery usage
-Prevents screen lock to maximize focus on time
